Y\u00fczde 25&#8217;lik kira art\u0131\u015f s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131n\u0131n sonlanmas\u0131yla birlikte, mahkemelere ta\u015f\u0131nan kira anla\u015fmazl\u0131klar\u0131nda hakimlerin uygulayabilece\u011fi <strong>hakkaniyet indirimi<\/strong> ile kirac\u0131lar, fahi\u015f kiralardan korunma \u015fans\u0131 elde ediyor.    <\/p>\n<h2>Kira Davalar\u0131nda Hakkaniyet \u0130ndirimi<\/h2>\n<p>Kira bedelinin tespitine y\u00f6nelik davalarda, hukukun \u00f6ng\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc &#8216;hakkaniyet&#8217; kavram\u0131 kirac\u0131lar i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli bir avantaj sunmakta. <strong>Avukat M\u00fccahid K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck<\/strong>&#8216;\u00fcn de\u011ferlendirmelerine g\u00f6re, bu indirim yasal bir zorunluluk olmasa da, Yarg\u0131tay&#8217;\u0131n emsal kararlar\u0131 do\u011frultusunda adli bir team\u00fcl haline geldi.
