Asgari d\u00fczeyde dikkat sahibi herkes, konu\u015fmam\u0131n istismarc\u0131lara d\u00f6n\u00fck bir d\u00fczenlemenin yanl\u0131\u015f alg\u0131lara konu edilmesiyle ilgili oldu\u011funu rahatl\u0131kla anlayabilir. Nitekim 4 Aral\u0131k 2025’te kabul edilen 7566 say\u0131l\u0131 Kanun’un 3. maddesi ile Gelir Vergisi Kanunu’nun ge\u00e7ici 67. maddesinde yap\u0131lan de\u011fi\u015fiklikle kat\u0131lma paylar\u0131 sadece nitelikli yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lara sat\u0131labilen ve TEFAS’a kay\u0131tl\u0131 olmayan (patron fonlar\u0131 olarak da isimlendirilen) fonlardan al\u0131nan karlar i\u00e7in var olan gelir vergisi istisnas\u0131 kald\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. B\u00f6ylece bu fonlardan elde edilen karlar da gelir vergisine tabi oldu. 11 Aral\u0131k 2025 y\u0131l\u0131nda bir finans zirvesinde yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m konu\u015fma, 4 Aral\u0131k’ta yap\u0131lan bu kanuni d\u00fczenlemeye a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131k getiren, vergi istismarc\u0131lar\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kalan kesimlere herhangi bir olumsuz etkisi olmayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurgulad\u0131\u011f\u0131m bir konu\u015fmad\u0131r.”<\/p>\n
